Characters and applications
SACM645 alloy structural steel has high surface hardness, wear
resistance and fatigue strength, and has good heat resistance and
corrosion. SACM645 used to make high wear resistance, high fatigue
strength and considerable strength and size precision of nitriding
parts after processing, such as imitation, cylinder liner, and high
pressure valves, boring bar, worm, gear grinder spindle, etc.
Heat treatment
Heat treatment specification: 940 ℃ quenching, water cooling, oil
cooling; 640 ℃ tempering, water cooling, oil cooling.
In case of heat treatment (positive fire, annealing or high
temperature tempering) or not heat treatment, the delivery status
shall be indicated in the contract.

- Bundle packing.
- Plain end or varnished as per buyer's requestments.
- Wrapped in waterproof paper
- Sackcloth with several steel strips
- Pack in heavy tri-wall boxes
